1. Services Crunk DJ provides DJ and MC services for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and other celebrations in Western Kentucky and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of a signed contract and deposit.
2. Booking & Deposit A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event.
3. Cancellations Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are subject to the full contracted amount.
4. Equipment Crunk DJ provides all necessary sound and lighting equipment. We are not responsible for damages caused by venue conditions, power failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Client Responsibilities The client is responsible for providing an adequate performance space, access to power, and any required permits for the event venue.
6. Music Requests We will make every effort to honor song requests. However, we reserve the right to decline requests that are inappropriate for the event.
7. Liability Crunk DJ liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages of any kind.
